| Introduction |
Welcome
to the PSG Assessment Tool.
This e-evaluation has been designed to help you
assess yourself against the four strands of the PSG framework.
Government Skills is running a very short survey about the assessment tool before you use it and would like to know what your expectations are.
You will be
able to check the level of your Core Skills and identify any areas where
you may need further development. You will also be able to broadly assess
yourself against the leadership model, your professional framework and your
experience of different career groupings.
Before you attempt this e-evaluation
you should familiarise yourself with the PSG guidance and think carefully
about your skills and your skills needs. This tool WILL NOT SAVE your answers,
so once you have started the e-evaluation, you will need to complete it fully.
Once
you have completed the e-evaluation you should print it and send it to your
line manager. You should then arrange a discussion with your line manager
in order to agree the development needs that you have identified in this
e-evaluation, and how you might find ways to meet them over the coming year.

the e-evaluation all the way through and print the result otherwise
your data will be lost. |
